4. Return Process

Share clear photos or video proof of the problem
Wait for confirmation from our team
After approval, return instructions will be provided

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after product verification
Refund method may be bank transfer / mobile banking / store credit depending on the situation
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval

6. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement depends on product availability.

7. Shipping Cost

If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may need to bear shipping charges

8. Important Notes

Always record an unboxing video when receiving the product for safety
Without proof of damage or issue, return claims may be rejected
Mridha Shop reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection
